Products & Services

American Farmstead Cheeses.  Today, there are more than 400 artisanal cheese-makers in the US.  Combining centuries old recipes with modern equipment and individual flare, these craftsmen are producing some of the best cheeses in the world.  Some of our highlights are Andante Dairy (CA), Cato Corner Farm (CT), Haystack Mountain (CO), Uplands Cheese (WI), and Sally Jackson (WA).

Special Imported Cheeses.  Carefully selected cheeses from France, Spain, Italy, England and other countries are also represented.  We observe the seasonality of cheese-making and will only offer the cheese when it is at its peak of perfection.

Cut/Wrap.  The Aniata Cheese Company has a State of California, Department of Food and Agriculture certified facility—Plant No. 06-17651M—allowing it to provide the following services:

·         Retail cut/wrap

·         Cut-to-order foodservice for restaurants

·

Education.  We can provide Product info, descriptions, and POS shelf talkers as necessary for your needs.  Additionally we can provide on-site training and demos for retailers, chefs, wait-staff, and others interested in learning more about artisan cheese.
